Land Cruise – Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: January 22nd, 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in any Land Cruise experience (“Land Cruise,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By making a reservation, submitting a deposit, or participating in a Land Cruise itinerary, you (“Guest,” “you”) agree to these Terms.
1. Nature of the Experience
Land Cruise provides a coordinated, multi-city travel experience using rail, motorcoach, and hotel accommodations. Land Cruise is not a cruise, airline, rail carrier, or hotel operator. We act as a travel coordinator and experience operator, contracting with third-party transportation and lodging providers.
2. Eligibility & Age Policy
Adults: Guests ages 18 and over.
Children: Guests ages 2–17 must travel with a parent or legal guardian.
Infants: Guests under 2 years old are not recommended for itineraries that include overnight motorcoach travel. Infants may be accepted only under special accommodation policies disclosed at booking.
Land Cruise reserves the right to decline participation if an itinerary is not appropriate for a guest’s age or needs.
3. Pricing Structure
Pricing is based on itinerary participation and accommodation path selection.
Current Pricing (Florida Line)
Shared Canvas (2 adults): $1,996
Solo Sketch (1 adult, private accommodations): $1,498
Child (ages 2–17): $748
Infant (under 2): $300 (includes Miami hotel alternative instead of overnight motorcoach)
Pricing reflects transportation seats, lodging, and limited included meals. Optional activities, discretionary spending, and personal expenses are not included unless explicitly stated.
4. Shared Canvas & Solo Sketch Accommodations
Shared Canvas: Shared Canvas accommodations are standard hotel rooms shared by two guests. Shared Canvas reservations are confirmed only when all shared spots in the room are fully paid. Land Cruise does not hold unpaid shared accommodations.
Solo Sketch: Solo Sketch includes private hotel accommodations for all hotel nights. It does not alter the itinerary, transportation, or included experiences.
Land Cruise does not match roommates
5. Deposits & Payment
A deposit may be required to reserve a seat. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable to a future Land Cruise credit unless otherwise stated.
Full payment is due by the deadline specified at booking.
Failure to complete payment by the deadline may result in cancellation without refund.
6. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds
All reservations are subject to Land Cruise’s cancellation policy provided at booking.
Due to contracted transportation and lodging, refunds are generally not available once payments are applied to vendors.
Land Cruise may, at its discretion, offer future travel credit in place of refunds.
Itineraries, schedules, transportation modes, and accommodations may change due to weather, operational needs, or vendor availability.
7. Itinerary Flexibility & Guest Responsibility
Land Cruise itineraries include both group transfers and free-time periods.
Guests are responsible for managing their time during free periods.
Guests must return to designated meeting points by specified times for group transfers.
Land Cruise is not responsible for costs incurred due to missed departures resulting from late return.
8. Transportation & Luggage
Transportation is provided by third-party rail and motorcoach operators.
Each guest occupies one transportation seat.
Luggage allowances and handling policies are subject to the rules of the operating carriers.
Land Cruise is not responsible for loss, delay, or damage to luggage.
9. Health, Safety & Conduct
Guests must:
Be physically capable of participating in a multi-city itinerary.
Comply with instructions from Land Cruise staff and third-party operators.
Conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner.
Land Cruise reserves the right to remove any guest whose behavior endangers themselves or others, without refund.
10. Travel Insurance
Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance covering trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, and personal belongings. Land Cruise does not provide travel insurance unless explicitly stated.
11. Force Majeure
Land Cruise is not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather events, acts of God, strikes, government actions, transportation disruptions, or public health emergencies.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Land Cruise’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the guest for the itinerary.
Land Cruise is not liable for the acts or omissions of third-party service providers.
13. Assumption of Risk
Guests acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks, including transportation risks, weather-related disruptions, and personal injury. Participation is voluntary and at the guest’s own risk.
14. Photography & Media Release
By participating, guests grant Land Cruise permission to use photographs or video taken during the trip for promotional purposes unless the guest submits a written opt-out prior to departure.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
16. Acceptance of Terms
By booking or participating in a Land Cruise itinerary, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
